A LITTLE HELP WITH THE SMALL PRINT
An online insurance policy scanner.
Turn policy paperwork into a record you can check. AI reading is optional, and you confirm the suggested details.
What the scanner helps you find
Policy schedules, certificates, wording and renewal notices can contain different parts of the same picture. The reader can suggest insurer details, dates, premiums, insured people and items, plus cover limits and exclusions. A suggestion is not confirmation of cover: documents can be incomplete, contradictory or out of date.
Prepare a readable upload
Use PDF, JPG or PNG files. A batch can contain up to eight files, at most 20 MB per file and 40 MB in total. Keep the files about one policy. Photograph all relevant pages clearly, with the text in focus. Convert HEIC photos to JPG before uploading.
Review before you rely on a result
Check numbers and dates character by character, especially a decimal point in a premium or a year in an expiry date. Use source references where available and open the original document when context matters. An exclusion may depend on another section of the wording; a short summary cannot establish whether a claim will be paid.
Consent and alternatives
Choose AI reading for each batch. If you prefer not to send documents for AI processing, store them privately and enter the details yourself. Unreadable files or an unavailable reader do not produce a verified policy. You can use manual entry and check the insurer documents directly.
Can the scanner tell me whether a claim is covered?
No. It can help you locate and organise information, but the insurer decides claims under the policy wording and your circumstances.
Is AI reading required?
No. It is optional for each batch and depends on service availability. Private storage and manual entry work without it.
