TRUST IS IN THE DETAILS

Private by design.

Insurance documents hold personal information. We treat them that way.

Protect your sign-in

Use a unique password and enable two-factor authentication in Security settings. Keep recovery information somewhere safe. On a shared device, sign out when you finish. Household access is shared access: only store information that belongs in that household.

Choose whether documents are read by AI

Optional AI reading sends the selected batch to the configured provider. PolicyTrack does not use documents for model training. The implemented OpenAI API integration disables response storage, but provider security retention can still apply. Read the privacy notice before uploading sensitive records.

Export or remove information

You can export records and available documents through Settings. Delete an individual document or policy when it is no longer needed. A household owner can delete the household’s shared data. Leaving a shared household does not remove the records other members still use.

Report an account or privacy concern

Use the contact form to describe the issue without including passwords, recovery codes or policy attachments. If you think your password has been exposed, change it and review account security. Contact your insurer separately for issues affecting the insurance itself.

Are my uploaded documents public?

No. Uploaded documents use private storage and access checks. They are not public marketing pages or sitemap entries.

Can I use PolicyTrack without AI processing?

Yes. Enter policy details manually and choose storage without AI reading for uploaded documents.
