Policies, bills and commitments together
Add an account from any provider, record its payment amount and frequency, and link it to your household. Use the review date for a mortgage deal or tariff ending, and leave the contract end date blank for ongoing accounts. Estimated annual costs exclude one-off payments. Provider connections, automatic payments and mortgage balance calculations are not included.
What is included?
Keep policies from different insurers together, attach documents, record insured people and items, and track important dates. Review optional AI suggestions before saving. You can export your records and documents or delete information through Settings.
What are the upload limits?
Upload PDF, JPG or PNG documents in batches of up to eight files for one policy. Each file can be up to 20 MB and the complete batch up to 40 MB. Unlimited policy records does not mean unlimited file size or unlimited processing capacity.
Keep your existing insurance
Creating a PolicyTrack account does not require buying a policy, changing provider or sharing payment-card details. You continue to pay your insurer directly. PolicyTrack’s free price is the price of the organisational tool, not the cost of your insurance.
Do I need a credit card?
No. A credit card is not required to create a free PolicyTrack account.
Is there a paid tier?
There is no paid tier in the current release. Pricing and available plans may change in future. File-size and fair-use limits apply to the free service.
