A clear understanding.
These application terms describe the intended service. The service operator must add its legal entity, jurisdiction and contact details before public launch.
What PolicyTrack provides
PolicyTrack is an organisational tool for insurance you already hold. It is not an insurer, broker, comparison service or regulated insurance adviser. Uploading or saving a record does not create, amend, renew or cancel insurance cover.
Your account and your household
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. Only upload documents you are entitled to process and share with your household. Household members can edit shared records. Owners can delete household data for all members.
Accuracy and reminders
Check extracted details and summaries against your original insurer documents. AI can omit or misread information. You remain responsible for policy obligations, premium payments, renewals and cancellation dates. Reminders depend on dates you save and on operational email services; delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Free use and reasonable limits
The initial plan is free and permits unlimited policies, bills and linked items. Upload batches have security, size and fair-use limits. Do not use the service to store unlawful material, probe other accounts, distribute malware or overload processing resources.
Export, deletion and service changes
You can export and delete your information through Settings. We may improve the application or address misuse. Material changes to processing or terms should be communicated by the service operator. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
