LIFE IS A SHARED THING
Everyone under one roof. And beyond.
Insurance rarely belongs in neat little boxes. Your wallet should understand that.
Make the relationships clear
A multi-car policy may cover more than one vehicle; a home may have separate buildings and contents policies. Link the relevant records so you can see those relationships without copying the same policy. Check the schedule to confirm the actual people and items insured.
People records and member access
Record a partner, child or other insured person without creating a login for them. A household member is different: members with account access can view and manage shared records and documents. Self-service invitations are planned, so adding a person today should not be mistaken for inviting them to the wallet.
Keep separate households separate
An account can belong to more than one household. Check the selected household before adding a policy or uploading documents, especially if you manage records for more than one home. Do not put someone else’s sensitive information into a shared wallet without their permission.
A practical household review
List your vehicles, property, pets and other insured items, then link the policies you hold. A missing link is a prompt to check your records; it is not proof that an item is uninsured. Check who is named, what address is recorded and which documents apply to the current period.
Can I invite my family now?
Self-service household invitations are planned for a later release. You can record insured people and link them to policies now.
Does a person record allow someone to log in?
No. Insured people and household account members are separate records.
